"91-Acre LV Industrial Site Acquired by EBS"

EBS Realty Partners (EBS) and Penwood Real Estate Investment Management (Penwood) have jointly acquired 9150 N Terryl B Adams Street, a large industrial development site in the Apex Industrial Park of North Las Vegas. The property spans over 90 acres and will be developed into “Apex Ridge,” featuring two modern class-A tilt-up industrial logistics facilities totaling 1.36 million square feet. Construction is expected to begin in either Q2 or Q3 of 2025.

The purchase price for the property was $31 million, with Ball Metal Beverage Container Corp as the seller. CBRE, Inc.’s Gregg Haly and Garrett Toft provided assistance and representation for both parties involved.

Situated just a short drive north from Las Vegas on I-15, Apex Industrial Park boasts over 7,000 acres of developable land. Some notable tenants currently occupying space within the park include Air Liquide, Kroger Distribution Center, and Hey Dude/Crocs Distribution Center. In recent years there has been significant investment in highway improvements within this area; specifically $58 million was spent on enhancements such as constructing an interchange and widening US-93 back in 2018.

This acquisition marks another successful venture for EBS Realty Partners’ growing portfolio within Nevada’s thriving commercial real estate market.
