90-Unit Modular Apartment Community in Mesa | Site Development

ZenCity, a new 90-unit stackable modular apartment project in downtown Mesa, is set to invest approximately $30 million. The five-story building will feature a grocery store on the first floor and could be completed by summer 2024.

The studio or two bedroom units are designed to maximize space with robotic features such as raising the bed into the ceiling for conversion from bedroom to living room. Rental prices range from $1,000-$1,200 per month and come in either 320 or 640 square foot models that include all major appliances like electric ovens, microwaves, dishwashers and fridges as well as stacked washer/dryers. Constructed of steel for durability against high winds snow loads and earthquakes these homes offer an attractive option for renters looking for convenience at an affordable price point.
