Soloviev Group has recently partnered with Kent Hospitality Group (KHG) to further enhance the luxurious amenities offered at their 9 West 57th Street office property. These new amenities, exclusively available for building tenants and their guests, will include the Vista Restaurant and Bar as well as two high-end cafes. These additions will complement the existing fitness center and premium conference spaces managed by Arch Amenities Group.
The collaboration with KHG also brings two new dining options to the building: The Park View Café on the 27th floor and Café V in the lobby near the entrance on 58th street. Both locations will serve Black Fox coffee, fresh pastries, a juice bar, and a variety of grab-and-go meals for tenants and their guests.
Furthermore, KHG plans to open a brand-new restaurant in Cucina 8½ later this year – adding even more culinary options for those working or visiting at Soloviev’s prestigious property. This partnership is just one example of how Soloviev continues to elevate its offerings for its valued tenants.
