Soloviev Group has recently partnered with Kent Hospitality Group (KHG) to enhance the array of luxurious amenities available at their 9 West 57th Street office property. These new food and beverage options, exclusively for building tenants and their guests, will include the Vista Restaurant and Bar as well as two upscale cafes. These additions join the already established fitness center and premium conference/event spaces managed by Arch Amenities Group.
The collaboration with KHG also brings two on-site cafes: The Park View Café on the 27th floor, and Café V in the lobby near the entrance on 58th street. Both locations will offer Black Fox coffee, fresh pastries, a juice bar, and grab-and-go meals for tenants and guests.
Furthermore, KHG plans to open a new restaurant in Cucina 8½ later this year. This partnership is just one of many ways Soloviev is continuously improving its offerings at their prestigious property located at 9 West 57th Street.
