GFP Real Estate has successfully completed lease agreements for a total of 8,679 square feet at 505 Eighth Ave. in Midtown. JLM Decorating NS has signed a new six-year lease for 3,050 square feet on the fourth floor, facilitated by Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate. Astron Resource Consulting Solutions extended their office lease by five years for 2,129 square feet on the twenty-second floor with Gurevich representing both landlord and tenant.
Construction management services provider CRC Associates Inc. secured a four-year lease for 3,500 square feet on the eleventh floor with representation from Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate and Eli Someck of Redwood Property Group.
