**890-Unit Self-Storage Facility Coming to Georgetown, Texas**

DXD Capital, a private equity firm specializing in self-storage development, is moving forward with a new project in Georgetown, Texas. The upcoming facility will be professionally operated by industry giant Extra Space Storage, a leading real estate investment trust in the self-storage sector.

Situated on a 3-acre site at 2030 Airport Road, the facility will feature 79,013 net rentable square feet across 890 climate-controlled storage units. Construction on the site began in April and is being carried out by Capco General Contracting.

The project is strategically located in a high-growth area. Georgetown’s population is projected to exceed 110,000 residents by 2030, according to estimates from the Georgetown City Government. For three consecutive years, the U.S. Census Bureau has recognized Georgetown as the fastest-growing city in the nation among cities with populations over 50,000.

DXD Capital is developing this project in collaboration with Mar-Gulf Management Inc. and MDI Capital LLC, both subsidiaries of Kuwait Financial Centre focused on international real estate.

This development underscores the ongoing demand for modern, climate-controlled storage solutions in expanding suburban markets like Georgetown.
