**Cambridge Holdings Launches 85,800-SF Medical Office Building at Frisco Station**

Cambridge Holdings has officially broken ground on an 85,800-square-foot medical office building at Frisco Station, marking a major step forward in the development of the Health and Wellness District within this growing mixed-use community. Located at the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway, the facility is expected to be a cornerstone of the 35-acre health and wellness zone envisioned by city officials.

The three-story medical office building is projected to open in late 2026 and will feature a range of specialized healthcare services and providers. Anchor tenants include Compass Surgical Partners, the Orthopedic Institute of North Texas, and Lam Vascular & Associates. Additional tenants are set to include Elite Imaging and physicians practicing in interventional radiology, OB-GYN, and orthopedic spine treatments.

This project is part of the expansive 242-acre Frisco Station development, which combines residential, retail, office, and recreational components. The community currently includes four urban residential living communities and three hotel properties—SkyHouse, AC Hotel Dallas Frisco, and Residence Inn Dallas Frisco.

As the Health and Wellness District continues to take shape, the new medical office building represents both an investment in the region’s growing population and a commitment to elevated healthcare infrastructure in Frisco.
