"$80M Buda Industrial Project Approved for New Development Group"

Arenaman, a leading developer in Central Texas, has received approval from Buda City Council for its latest project. The $80 million development, known as Buda Gateway, will consist of five industrial warehouse buildings spanning 500,000 square feet on a 49-acre site located at the intersection of Robert S. Light Boulevard and Farm to Market Road 967.

Construction is set to begin next summer with an expected completion date of summer 2025. This speculative development will be strategically located near major manufacturing facilities such as Tesla Inc.’s gigafactory in eastern Travis County.

Founded in 2022 by Josh Delk and Gabe Bruehl – both with over thirty-five years of experience in Central Texas development – Arenaman is committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet the growing demand for industrial space in the region.

This exciting new project marks another milestone for Arenaman and highlights their expertise and dedication to meeting market needs through innovative developments.
