Architectural Standard is leading a comprehensive housing development in Panthersville, located southeast of Atlanta off I-20. The project will encompass workforce, senior, and market-rate units on an 80-acre mixed-use site. This town is also home to Barack Obama Elementary School (see photo).

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the proposed project includes 766 apartments and 107 townhomes. These units will be a combination of workforce (248), senior (158), and market-rate housing (360). Additionally, there are plans for medical office and retail space within the development.

MARTA has announced plans for a high-capacity bus line near this new community that would connect Georgia State University’s Perimeter College to their rail network.
