"766 Apartment Site in Atlanta Suburb"

Architectural Standard is leading a comprehensive housing development in Panthersville, located southeast of Atlanta off I-20. This project will encompass workforce, senior, and market-rate units on an 80-acre mixed-use site. The town is also home to the renowned Barack Obama Elementary School (pictured).

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the proposed project includes plans for 766 apartments and 107 townhomes. These units will be a combination of workforce (248), senior (158), and market-rate housing (360). Additionally, medical office and retail space are planned for this development.

In addition to its prime location near major highways like I-20, this project will benefit from MARTA’s upcoming high-capacity bus line connecting Georgia State University’s Perimeter College with their rail network. This strategic transportation plan further enhances the appeal of this suburban community as a desirable place to live.
