"7-Story Miami Mixed-Use Project Development by Top Design Firm"

Giller & Giller, a renowned architecture firm, has announced plans to transform three short retail buildings into a mixed-use complex. The proposed development, known as the Giller Tower, will span 102,701 square feet and rise seven stories high at the intersection of Alton Road and 41st Street near Julia Tuttle Causeway. The ground floor will feature retail space while floors two to four will be dedicated to parking. The remaining levels will house approximately 50,000 square feet of office space.

Currently occupied by UPS, Miami Fresh Fish Market and two restaurants that were built between 1938 and 1954,the property is owned by the Giller family who also own the historic MiMo-style building across the street where their firm is located.

According to Commercial Observer,Giller estimates that construction for this project could cost $38 million with an expected start date in early2025.The half-acre site was assembled bytheGillers between1980and1983at a total cost of $730K.
