The proposed project, known as the Giller Tower, will span seven stories and cover 102,701 square feet at 3915 Alton Road in Miami. Located near the Julia Tuttle Causeway at the intersection with 41st Street, this development will feature ground-floor retail space and four levels of parking followed by five floors of office space.
The current site is occupied by three low-rise retail buildings that were built between 1938 and 1954. These are currently leased to UPS, Miami Fresh Fish Market,and two restaurants. Notably,Giller & Giller’s headquarters is located across the street in their historic MiMo-style building.
According to Commercial Observer,the estimated cost for this project is $38 million with construction set to commence in early2025.The half-acre property was acquired bytheGillers between1980and1983fora total price of $730000.
