Landmark Companies has secured $45 million in construction financing for Arden at Corinth, a 296-unit Class A multifamily development located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex city of Corinth, Texas. The three-year loan was provided by a New York City based debt fund and the total project cost is estimated to be $63.3 million.
Arden at Corinth will feature two 3-story buildings with 268 units and four 2-story townhome buildings containing 28 units upon completion, as well as resort style amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness area, pool outdoor barbeques and dog park along with private balconies and patios. Delivery of its first phase is scheduled for Q1 2024.
