Cushman & Wakefield, a leading commercial real estate company, recently facilitated four new leases at 3 Second Street in Jersey City. The Class A office tower boasts a range of amenities including concierge services, a tenant lounge and various dining options.
Among the new tenants are Hyundai Motor America with a 12,580-square-foot lease on the 5th floor and Eikon Therapeutics with a 36,284-square-foot lease on the 4th floor. Additionally, Bank of Montreal renewed their lease for 10,365 square feet on the building’s top level while Arco Design/Build signed for an additional space of2 ,902 square feet on the eighth floor.
The landlord represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s team consisting of David DeMatteis , Robert Rudin , Mina Shehata and Dirk Hrobsky successfully negotiated these long-term deals with funds managed by Ares Management . Meanwhile,C&W agents William O’Keefe,Raymond Trevisan,and Don Yahn represented Hyundai in their transaction .
