Colliers Facilitates 608,000-SF Lease at Interchange Logistics Center in Fairfield

Colliers has announced the successful completion of a full-building lease at the Interchange Logistics Center, a 608,251-square-foot distribution facility located at 5195 Fermi Drive in Fairfield, California. TricorBraun, the leading global provider of primary packaging solutions, signed the lease, marking the largest warehouse and distribution lease in the Northbay Market (Solano/Napa counties) over the past two years.

The facility, which is the largest available industrial space in Fairfield, will offer TricorBraun extensive scale and flexibility to support its expansion efforts. Colliers’ team of James Ewing, Ward Richmond, Jon Quick, and Phil Garrett represented TricorBraun in the transaction.

Built in 1995, the property is located at the strategic intersection of Interstate 80, Highway 680, and Highway 12, providing excellent accessibility for regional and national distribution.
