### 600 Lexington Ave. Secures Three New Tenants, Renews One

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged three new long-term leases and one lease renewal, totaling 31,274 square feet, at **600 Lexington Ave.** The 300,000-square-foot office building is located in Midtown Manhattan’s Plaza District.

The new leases include **Garnet Credit Management**, a financial services company, which signed for **8,875 square feet**; **Managed Fund Association**, which secured **8,577 square feet**; and an **unnamed financial services company**, which leased **5,245 square feet**. Additionally, **MKP Capital Management**, an investment advisor, renewed its **8,577-square-foot** lease.

**Cushman & Wakefield’s** leasing team—**Harry F. Blair, Natalie Tobar-Romero, and Harry F. Blair IV**—represented the landlord, **600 Lex Equities**. Tenant representation included:

– **Newmark’s Aaron Winston, Eric Zemachson, Neil Goldmacher, and Chris Mongeluzo** for Garnet Credit Management.
– **Transwestern’s Patrick Heeg and Chase Gordon** for Managed Fund Association.
– **Savills’ John A. Mambrino, Patton Mooney, and Michael Bertini** for MKP Capital Management.
