Arizona Land Consulting recently acquired 600 acres of land in Pinal County, specifically located at the I-10/Florence interchange. The company has plans to develop this property into a mixed-use facility in Casa Grande. Potential uses for the site include build-for-rent, light industrial, data center, and commercial/retail offerings.
In August of this year, Arizona Land Consulting sold a parcel of land to data center developer Tract for $136 million in cash. This is a significant increase from the $40 million that was originally paid for the property back in 2022.
Casa Grande is situated between Phoenix and Tucson and has a population of approximately 60,000 people. Some notable businesses already established in this region include Lucid Group, Kohler Co., and KANTO-PPC.
