**$60M Dripping Springs Sports Club Announced with Planned 2028 Opening**
A coalition of more than 30 investors has come together to develop the Dripping Springs Sports Club, a major new recreational facility planned for Dripping Springs, Texas. Spanning 150,000 square feet, the center will be built on a 10-acre site at the northwest corner of Canyonwood Drive and U.S. Highway 290, approximately 20 miles southwest of Austin.
The $60 million project will include a 60,000-square-foot fitness center, a family entertainment center, a restaurant, a child care center, outdoor sports courts, and extensive indoor playing areas. The indoor portion will feature 12 volleyball courts, 4 basketball courts, and an impressive 20 pickleball courts.
An equity raise is currently underway to help finance the project, with a minimum investment set at $50,000.
Once operational, the facility is expected to generate over $8 million in revenue by its third year. The club will employ around 30 full-time staff members and could hire as many as 90 part-time workers.
The Dripping Springs Sports Club is slated to open its doors in 2028.
