Headwall Investments has received approval to move forward with the development of a 575-unit apartment complex in the thriving Tobin Hill neighborhood of San Antonio. Spanning three acres, the project will also feature integrated retail and office space, creating a mixed-use environment designed to meet the needs of the growing urban population.
Construction is slated to begin in 2026. The site for the new development will be bounded by North St. Mary’s Street, East Euclid Avenue, and East Park Avenue.
