Kozusko Harris Duncan LLP (KHD), an international law firm, has recently signed a lease for 14,701 square feet of office space at 575 Madison Ave in Midtown Manhattan. The firm will be relocating from their current location on the 24th floor to part of the owner-occupied 12th floor in the building’s 25-story office tower.
The team at CBRE, including Chris Mansfield, Zac Price and Tara Rhodes represented KHD in this transaction. Additionally, William Hooks, David Hollander, Gregg Rothkin Bradley Auerbach and Maxwell Tarter from CBRE are exclusive leasing agents for the property.
According to Price: “We are excited about securing this new lease for KHD as it allows them to expand their presence within the building while also accommodating their growing client base.” He also noted that ownership has done an excellent job modernizing the property and that they were able to negotiate attractive terms given its prime location.
