Crow Holdings Development has recently commenced construction on the Core30 Logistics Center, a state-of-the-art industrial complex located in the highly sought-after East Dallas submarket. The development, situated at 5323 Lawnview Avenue and managed by Stream, is set to open its doors in early 2025.
Spanning over 511,000 square feet across two buildings just off Interstate 30, this project boasts a prime location only five miles from downtown Dallas. Building One offers a cross-dock facility spanning over 300,347 square feet while Building Two features a front-load building measuring at approximately210,653 square feet.
According to Brad Cooper of Crow Holdings Development: “We are excited to introduce this last-mile logistics center to the market and meet the growing demand for high-quality industrial space with close proximity to airports and major highways as well as access to an abundant labor pool.”
The leasing for Core30 Logistics Center is being handled by Matt Dornak and Ridley Culp of Stream on behalf of CHD. Interested parties can now inquire about available spaces.
McFadden & Miller serves as general contractor while Azimuth Architecture takes charge as architect – both playing key roles in bringing this project into fruition.
