"50th H-E-B Planned for Manor in the Austin Area"

H-E-B, a popular grocery store chain, has announced plans to construct a new 100,000-square-foot store at Manor Crossing. The location will be situated at the intersection of U.S. 290 and Farm-to-Market Road 973.

Construction on this state-of-the-art store is expected to commence in November with an estimated cost of $26 million. It is projected to be completed by October 1st, 2025.

According to reports from the Austin Business Journal, H-E-B acquired a total of twenty acres within the expansive sixty-three-acre development earlier this year. This development will also feature various retail stores and dining options such as The Home Depot, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Abbott’s Frozen Custard,T.J.Maxx,Burlington,Pet Supplies Plus,Rack Room Shoes,and James Avery among others.Additionally,the project includes plans for six hundred multifamily units.

Manor is home to approximately twenty thousand residents and located just fifteen miles northeast of downtown Austin.It was recently recognized by US News & World Report as one of America’s top small suburbs.
