Reliant Group Management recently purchased the N. Phoenix 450-unit property, Phoenix Manor, for $50 million. Built in 1961, the classic apartment complex has retained much of its original aura and features a unique abundance of amenities such as 24 acres of natural grass with visibility to downtown Phoenix; 38 apartment buildings; 16,746 square foot clubhouse and leasing center; 6,750 square foot auditorium; 4200 square foot maintenance shop; two pools; two lagoons three pavilions dog park putting green and four shuffleboard courts.
Cindy Cooke from Reliant praised the project saying “Phoenix Manor was one of the most unique properties throughout my career and had been pridefully owned by the same family for 60 years” adding that it is rare to find low-density communities like this in Phoenix.
