**500-Unit Apartment Project Under Review in North Miami Beach**

The North Miami Beach planning commission is currently reviewing a proposal for a six-building apartment complex that would include 500 residential units and 19,000 square feet of commercial space.

According to the South Florida Business Journal, Elysee Investments and developer Scott Solomon submitted a request for a zoning change on the site, which is located near Greynolds Park. The development team acquired the vacant property in 2018 for $11.38 million.

Plans for the project include approximately 8,400 square feet of indoor amenities, three internal courtyards—one featuring a pool—as well as a dedicated dog park. The apartment complex is being designed by Miami-based MSA Architects.

The residential units will vary in size, ranging from 550 to 1,217 square feet. The breakdown includes 46 studio apartments, 205 one-bedroom units, 73 one-bedroom units with dens, 138 two-bedroom units, and 38 three-bedroom units.

The proposed development marks a significant addition to the area as North Miami Beach continues to experience residential and commercial growth.
