AIRIA Development Company is set to host the grand opening of its newest master-planned community, Colton, in early June. The expansive 5,700-acre development is located in Todd Mission, Montgomery County, ideally positioned about 45 minutes from both downtown Houston and College Station.
Strategically situated with four miles of frontage along SH 249, Colton offers convenient access to The Woodlands, Conroe, and surrounding areas—making it a prime location for future growth.
