OG Enterprises has announced its latest project, a multi-use development located at 8801 Astronaut Boulevard/A1A in Cape Canaveral. The estimated cost for the four-phase project is $50 million.
The second phase of the development is currently in the design and permitting stages. This phase will add 18,000 square feet of commercial space, including an 8,000 square foot Destination Downtown Food Hall featuring independent vendors.
In addition to this phase, there are two more phases planned for the Wave District project. These final phases will include a pool and a total of 104 housing units that can be used as vacation rentals or long-term residences.
OG Enterprises’ first food hall is set to open this summer at their location on N. Atlantic Ave. in Cocoa Beach. They also have plans to develop another mixed-use property at 1399 N Atlantic Ave., which will feature commercial space along with apartments and townhouses.
