49-Story Condo Tower Project Approved by St. Pete Review Agency

A 49-story luxury condo tower, called the Waldorf Astoria, has been approved by a planning agency in St. Petersburg. The project is estimated to cost $225 million and will feature 164 condo units, as well as office and commercial space totaling over 77,000 square feet. It will also include a large parking garage with 754 spaces.

The developers behind this project are Property Markets Group , Feldman Equities, City Office REIT and Tower Realty Partners. They have joined forces to bring this high-end development to life.

CUBE3 has been chosen as the design firm for the project which will offer luxurious amenities such as an infinity pool that wraps around the building’s perimeter.

According to reports from Tampa Bay Business Journal , once completed it will be St.Petersburg’s tallest building standing at a height of 525 feet above street level and reaching up to 540 feet above sea level.
