485 Madison Avenue Sees 20,000 SF in New Leases Signed

Jack Resnick & Sons has secured four leases totaling 20,000 square feet at 485 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Ascendo Resources will relocate to a 5,743-square-foot space on the 17th floor while fintech venture capital firm NYCA Partners joins them. John Lang, Inc. renewed their lease for the entire 23rd floor and Jade Trau will occupy a 4,200-square-foot office and showroom space on the 12th floor. Hive & Colony is opening a 1,850-square foot retail space on the ground level of this 305,675 square foot building that Jack Resnick & Sons have owned since 1976 after recent infrastructure upgrades were made to it as well as one retail storefront and 9k duplex penthouse included with it.
