482-Unit Riverside Rental Project by JPI Goes Vertical

Multifamily developer JPI has commenced vertical construction on The Exchange at Riverside, a 482-unit rental project in the city. A Golden Hammer ceremony was held to mark the milestone at the jobsite.

The three-story luxury multi-family development will offer one-, two-, and three bedroom apartments as well as live/work units with energy efficient stainless steel appliances and electric ranges, private tiered balconies, nine foot ceilings, and full sized washer/dryer sets.

Residents of The Exchange at Riverside will enjoy convenient access to downtown attractions such as Fox Performing Arts Center, Convention Center UCR Arts ,Riverside Plaza ,and Mission Inn & Spa . Additionally it is close proximity to University of California Riverside which boasts over 26000 students . First occupancy is projected for late 2024.
