48 Acres Near Scottsdale Entertainment Center Picked by Arizona Boardwalk

Developers of Scottsdale’s Arizona Boardwalk have recently acquired 48 acres of land, and the Phoenix Business Journal reports that it will likely be used to create innovative and fun experiences. The parcel is located on Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community land along the Loop 101 freeway, directly north of family-friendly attractions such as OdySea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, Pangea Land of the Dinosaurs and Museum of Illusions.

The group already controls 37 acres; 2.5 are dedicated to a 155-key Hyatt Place Hotel which is expected to open in early 2021. The property lies just north Talking Stick Resort and Palmer Development Group’s $100 million entertainment venue – The Sydney – while Caliber Cos has closed on nearby property for bars, restaurants and other entertainment options in the area.

This acquisition by Arizona Boardwalk further bolsters its footprint near Scottsdale Entertainment Center with potential for more exciting experiences ahead!
