Starting December 1, Property Markets Group will open its doors to tenants at one of their complexes, which includes a total of 460 units. Among these units, 70 have been designated for co-living arrangements where tenants can rent individual beds. The complex is a mixed-use tower located on the northwest corner of 6th and Peachtree streets.
According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Property Markets Group acquired the site at 811 Peachtree St. in late2021 for $20.3 million.Society Atlanta also boasts two floors dedicated to office space and ground-level retail space spanning over14,500 square feet.
Interested individuals can expect prices starting at approximately $1,500 for co-living units and $1,630 for studio apartments based on information from the property’s website.Society Atlanta offers amenities such as a coworking hub,a pool deck onthe eighth floor with terrace access,and an expansive gym covering more than10 ,000 square feet complete with a spin studioand private workout class areas.
