Jumbo Capital Inc’s subsidiary recently purchased Lincoln Plaza, a grocery-anchored shopping center in Hingham, Massachusetts for $45.25 million from AEW. Spanning 127,505 square feet and boasting a 99% occupancy rate with 12 tenants, the shopping center is anchored by Stop & Shop (68,087 sq ft) and Marshalls (31,882 sq ft).
