The Baltimore County Board of Elections has recently secured a full-building lease at Dolfield Business Park in Owings Mills, totaling 45,120 square feet. This move will allow the board to consolidate its operations from three different locations across the county into one central hub located at 5 Crossing Way.
The new space will serve as a multi-functional facility for various election-related activities including general office use, voting and equipment storage, training for election judges and testing of equipment. It will also function as an early voting center open to the public, providing convenient access to voting services for Baltimore County residents.
Representing St. John Properties was Raphael Alterman while Harry Dematitis and Kydin Nourazar of KLNB represented the tenant in this transaction. With this recent development in place, Connect CRE reports that Baltimore Board of Elections has successfully leased 45K-SF space in Owings Mills.
