44 Wall Street: Multiple Leases Signed

44 Wall Street has signed new lease agreements totaling 18,600 square feet at its boutique downtown tower. Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund has secured a 10-year lease for 12,000 square feet on the 10th floor while Street Smarts VR and GovExec have both finalized deals to move into 3,300 square feet on the 7th floor. Darell Handler of the Handler Real Estate Organization represented Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund in their transaction; Edward Kent of The Square Foot represented Street Smarts VR; and Edward Mombello of Cushman & Wakefield acted as representative for GovExec. Ownership was internally represented by Peter S Duncan, Matt Coudert and Alexander Bermingham from George Comfort & Sons in all transactions.  This latest round of leases solidifies 44 Wall Streets’ position as a premier destination within downtown’s commercial real estate market.
