Victory Home Remodeling has secured a long-term, 42,949-square-foot sublease at the Bell Works facility in Holmdel, New Jersey. The company will utilize this property as its new headquarters after relocating from Edison.
Formerly known as the Bell Works Lab, this adaptive reuse development has transformed into a thriving mixed-use town center. Spanning over 1,600,000 square feet of space and offering traditional offices alongside technology spaces and various amenities such as dining options and retail stores.
Curtis Foster and Jerry Shifrin of Cushman & Wakefield represented Victory Home Remodeling in securing the sublease while Peter Ladas , Scott Stange ,and Erin Moran of JLL represented The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America -the sublandlord- in this transaction.
