TA Realty LLC has recently announced the finalization of a 430-megawatt lease with a leading global cloud services provider for its data center campus in Loudoun County, Virginia. This state-of-the-art facility spans over 1.9 million square feet and consists of five buildings strategically located near fiber routes and power infrastructure in Leesburg, VA – making it an ideal location within the thriving Loudoun County data center hub. Construction on this impressive campus is set to commence this year with an expected completion date of 2027.

This significant development also marks the launch of TA Realty’s dedicated digital infrastructure unit, which is scheduled to officially begin operations in early 2024.

According to Buddy Rizer, executive director at Loudoun Economic Development, “Loudoun County is thrilled to welcome TA Realty and support their efforts in developing one of our county’s largest new data center campuses.”
