Fort Worth developer Trademark Property Co. is advancing plans for a mixed-use project on 45 acres at 3900 Lemmon Avenue in Oak Lawn, Dallas. Originally owned by H-E-B, the lot was sold to Trademark and will be developed into a 415-unit apartment community with retail and office space near the Arlington Entertainment District.
The seven story complex spans 430,000 square feet and features a corner restaurant as well as three landscaped interior courtyards plus an underground parking lot designed by Dallas architect GFF. Groundbreaking is expected next year following approval of $14 million in grants funding from the Arlington City Council; however, Trademark must invest $150 million within six years or repay $9 million of those funds back to the city.
