TriPost Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in real estate, has secured a lease for an entire floor of office space at 410 Park Ave in the Plaza District. The company will be expanding and relocating from its current location at 654 Madison Ave to occupy the full 14th floor of 410 Park Ave, which spans over 11,885 square feet. This property boasts multiple usable terraces and is currently the only available full-floor option within the building. Additionally, recent upgrades have been made to enhance tenant experience with amenities such as a private lounge area, conference room facilities, golf simulator access and fitness center.
The lease agreement was facilitated by JLL’s team consisting of Benjamin Bass,Diana Biasotti,Kristen Morgan,and Harrison Potter who represented Global Holdings while TriPost Capital Partners was represented by Evan Margolin and Scott Ansel also from JLL.
