Core Spaces is bringing its Build-to-Rent (“BTR”) community, Oxenfree, to Princeton, Texas. Construction began this spring on the 408-home development and homes are expected to be delivered starting in April 2024. This marks Core’s first BTR project in Texas.
Oxenfree communities will focus on walkable neighborhoods with shared spaces and integration with the natural landscape spread across 50 acres of land. The collection of four different home categories will include single family homes and townhomes ranging from 1,200 – 2,000 square feet featuring modern farmhouse style architecture as well as warm industrial and contemporary designs.
The centerpiece of Oxenfree at Princeton is the “Fieldhouse” which includes a coworking area for residents along with a health club market social lounge kids’ playroom plus resort quality pool amenities for all ages to enjoy!
