Logistics Property Company has launched its latest development project in Austin, Texas. The company is collaborating with Opportunity Austin, FCL Builders, and AQUILA Commercial to bring this project to fruition.
The development spans 400,000 square feet and consists of two buildings located in Northeast Austin. Situated just one mile from TX-130 and a short 20-minute drive from downtown, the first building at 12821 Titanium Street offers nearly 175,000 square feet of rear-load warehouse space. The second building will be a cross-dock warehouse spanning over 233,000 square feet for maximum flexibility for future tenants. These buildings will be move-in ready upon completion with power supply already installed along with lighting fixtures and spec offices.
FCL Builders serves as the general contractor while McFarland Architecture handles the architectural aspects of the project. GarzaEMC is responsible for civil engineering work on site at Titanium Street which is expected to be completed by Q2 of2025.
