**Oldham Goodwin Breaks Ground on $40M SpringHill Suites Hotel in New Braunfels**

Oldham Goodwin has officially broken ground on a new SpringHill Suites by Marriott — an eight-story, 150-key all-suite hotel set along the riverfront in the heart of New Braunfels, Texas.

Located at 738 IH 35 North on the banks of the Guadalupe River, the 150,000-square-foot property, named SpringHill Suites New Braunfels River Village, will give guests direct access to more than 700 feet of river frontage. The project, with an estimated development cost of $40 million, is being built by general contractor Arch-Con Corporation.

The hotel will feature more than 14,000 square feet of food and beverage space, including a poolside café, a Tex-Mex restaurant, a breakfast lounge, and a coffee bar offering scenic river views.

Designed to accommodate both leisure and business travelers, the hotel will also include 4,400 square feet of flexible event space, such as boardrooms and ballroom-style meeting halls, as well as a prep kitchen for on-site catering.

Additional amenities will include a two-tiered swimming pool, a 1,328-square-foot fitness center, a business center, laundry facilities, and boat docks offering direct access to the Guadalupe River for recreational activities.
