Bryant Park’s Tower 40 has announced four new leasing transactions totaling 47,160 square feet. A multinational tire manufacturer leased 7,480 square feet on the 41st floor while architectural firm Hart Howerton renewed and expanded to 27,111 square feet across the 37th to 39th floors. Investment firm Alpha Square Group took 8,769 square feet on the 35th floor and luxury fashion house Missoni leased 3,800 in a penthouse suite on the 48th floor.
Tower 40 is undergoing renovations with high-end pre-built spaces available for lease. Madison International Realty and Joseph P Day Realty Corporation were represented by Cushman & Wakefield in these transactions.
