Stonelake Capital Partners has acquired Champions Circle Business Park, a 361,040-square-foot industrial campus in Fort Worth. The property was previously owned by GTIS Partners and Hopewell Development.
According to Commercial Edge, the project was developed by the duo in 2021 with the help of a $23.4 million construction loan. It was completed and delivered in 2022.
The business park is situated on 21 acres at 15860 Championship Parkway and consists of three buildings: two measuring at 82,240 square feet each and one larger building spanning over an area of196,560 square feet. Its location provides easy access to major highways such as Highway114and Interstate35W.
Champions Circle Business Park is located within Alliance Texas master-planned development which covers an area of27,000 acresand includes various types of commercial real estate including office spaces,residential properties,and retail centers totaling up to60 million square feetof built space.
Some notable tenants currently occupying space within Champions Circle include Optimas,a distributor,and manufacturer for industrial fasteners,Elliott Electric Supply,and Lab Supply,a provider offacility research products.
Stonelake Capital’s acquisition adds another successful venture to their portfolio as they continue expanding their presence in the Fort Worth market.
