SAGA Hospitality Group has signed a lease to open a new restaurant at BXP’s 360 Park Ave. South, located on the corner of 26th Street. This 7,000-square-foot concept is part of BXP’s transformation of the 450,000-square-foot Midtown South tower into a modernized workplace and will offer coffee and pastries during the day as well as seafood dishes at night.

Known for award winning restaurants Crown Shy, SAGA and cocktail bar Overstory in Manhattan’s Financial District area; this marks SAGA Hospitality’s first venture into Midtown South.
