360 CHICAGO Acquires Signature Room Space at Former John Hancock Center

360 CHICAGO, the owners of the observation deck on the 94th floor of 875 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago’s iconic John Hancock Center, have recently acquired two additional floors in the building. The space, totaling 30,000 square feet and formerly occupied by fine dining restaurant Signature Room until its closure in 2023, will be utilized for new purposes.

According to Nichole Benolken, Managing Director of 360 CHICAGO: “We are currently exploring various options for this newly acquired space. While we can confirm that it will not be used as a restaurant again, our team is still in early development stages and more details will be announced in due time.”

The operations at their existing location on the building’s top floor remain unaffected by this acquisition. The public can expect to access these new floors starting from year-end 2026 onwards.

Benolken further stated: “As an established landmark along Michigan Avenue for over a decade now; our purchase of these two floors reflects our strong commitment towards serving both locals and tourists who flock to Magnificent Mile every year.”
