345 California Street, a recently renovated Class A mixed-use office property in San Francisco’s Financial District, has achieved both Fitwel 2 star and LEED Platinum ratings. The 48-story tower boasts stunning bay and city views and is owned by Metropolis Investment Holdings Inc.

According to general manager Patrick Murphy, the property’s numerous certifications including LEED Platinum, BOMA 360 designation, Energy Star certification, UL Verified Healthy Building status for indoor air and water quality as well as its carbon neutrality demonstrate its commitment to top-notch operational practices for tenants.

Originally constructed in 1986 by Skidmore Owings & Merrill architects, the building features a two-level underground parking garage along with over 600 square feet of office space and retail amenities. Cushman & Wakefield’s Greg Fogg and Sam Wasserstein are responsible for project leasing while their Northern California Asset Services division provides on-site property management services.
