JLL has successfully facilitated the leasing of 225,000 square feet at 1350 Eye Street, NW in downtown Washington, DC. The latest tenant to join this Class-A office building is the International Research and Exchange Board (IREX), which leased 32,000 square feet. Other notable tenants include Hollingsworth LLP, the Institute of International Education, the National Women’s Law Center,BASF Corporation,and Johnson & Johnson.

According to Doug Mueller,JLL’s executive managing director,the owner’s ongoing investment in this property has made it a highly desirable location for companies seeking Class-A office space in DC. This is evident from IREX’s decision to establish an in-office presence for their employees despite current remote work trends.Additionally,the building boasts a newly renovated fitness facility,a tenant lounge,and an expanded and renovated conference center set to be completed by2025.The ideal location adjacenttothe recently revamped Franklin Park adds further appeal.
