"32-Acre Site in Bloomington Market Offered by Transwestern"

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has been tasked with marketing and selling the 32-acre campus in Bloomington, Minnesota currently owned by Bethany Global University. The property, which has been under Bethany’s ownership since the 1940s, is now being offered for sale as part of a strategic restructuring. TRS Managing Principal Mike Salmen and Erik Coglianese are leading the sales efforts on behalf of the seller.

The campus consists of a single parcel that can be purchased by one buyer or subdivided for multiple buyers. With 16 buildings on-site that can either be repurposed or demolished to make way for new development, this property offers endless possibilities.

According to Salmen, “The site is primed for its next chapter and presents opportunities for various users including potential reuse of existing structures. It also boasts an ideal location suitable for horizontal mixed-use residential redevelopment.” Initial outreach to potential buyers has already generated significant interest in this rare opportunity.
