BKM Capital Partners has successfully sold a light industrial business park in Mesa, Arizona. The Broadwood Business Centre, spanning 156,000 square feet and built in 1986 at 2450-2452 W. Birchwood Ave., was purchased by Bendetti and Westport Capital Partners for $32.9 million. Cushman & Wakefield’s team of Bob Buckley, Tracy Cartledge, Will Strong, Michael Matchett and Molly Hunt facilitated the transaction on behalf of BKM.
According to Commercial Edge reports,the deal involved an $18 million loan from Grant Street Funding.BKM had acquired the property from Link Logistics for $18.4 million back in 2020.Cushman & Wakefield’s team also represented BKM during this previous acquisition.
The Broadwood Business Centre consists of eleven buildings spread over approximately six acres.It offers versatile options for various user types including showroom users quasi-retailers manufacturers,and distributors.At the time of sale,the facilities were fully occupied by multiple tenants such as Superior Silica,Diamond Select Lead Group,AKP Services Mac Medical Insider Local TV,and Pinnacle Restorations.
