Curve Development has announced the construction of a new build-to-rent community in north McKinney, offering over 300 homes for rent. The project, called Cyrene at Painted Tree, will be situated on 60 acres and is expected to begin preleasing in May with first move-ins scheduled for August.
According to Curve’s website, the company has successfully delivered or is currently constructing 10 developments. Future residents of Cyrene at Painted Tree can look forward to full access to amenities such as 25 miles of trails, playgrounds and two pools within the master-planned community of Painted Tree which plans on a total buildout of 3,400 residences.
